Only the soiled areas are scooped out and replenished on a regular basis which means that Smartbedz is cost effective to use. Smartbedz is dust extracted and heat treated during manufacture and as such should be suitable for pets and owners who suffer from allergies.

SmartBedz may also be used as a highly absorbent under bed in addition to other nesting material. It is important to ensure your pet has a fresh supply of food and water at all times.

Directions for Use
Place a 1-3cm layer of Smartbedz pellets in the cage or hutch.
Remove soiled pellets regularly and replenish as required.
Empty and clean out when necessary.
Some animals might also like a small area of soft nesting material on top of Smartbedz.

Disposal
Smartbedz decomposes rapidly so disposal of the waste couldn't be easier. Simply use as a garden fertiliser or compost, or flush away in small quantities.
